Jade is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.

  • Neslen & Others -v- Evans [2021] EWHC 1909 (QB): Successful representation of Labour Party in relation to challenge to Party’s disciplinary system and alleged breaches of membership contract.  
  • Rothery -v- Evans [2021] EWHC 577 (QB): Successful representation of Labour Party in relation to injunction sought by former candidate in Liverpool Mayoral elections.
  • Advising director and shareholder on successful application for security costs in relation to $66 million claim relating to breaches of a joint venture agreement, allegations of inducing breach of contract and conspiracy following unsuccessful IPO.
  • Advising US based travel company, with revenues in excess of $1.6 billion, on various disputes including dispute relating to the termiatnion of a charter agreement valued in excess of $4million.  
  • Advising championship football club in relation to various contractual disputes.
  • Advising leading European investment bank on the assignment and recovery of monies due under loan notes in the region of €2 million.
  • Advising company and its director/shareholder in £2.5million dispute regarding ownership of company/shares. Successful in obtaining two cost orders in client’s favour at CMC stage.
