Hayley is a Senior Associate in the Property Development team and is based at our Amersham office.
Over the years she has built up considerable knowledge in Property matters including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new-build plot purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and help to buy purchases.
She now specialises in residential property development, acting for small and large scale developers on linked matters such as S106 agreements and related plot sales, option agreements, overage agreements and conditional contracts.
Hayley also has experience acting on behalf of lender and borrower clients in respect of bridging, refurbishment and development loans.
