Richard is a solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team.
He has experience advising on a range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales), reorganisations, corporate finance and shareholder agreements, as well providing general company law advice to shareholders and directors.
Prior to joining the firm, Richard was the managing director of a human rights organisation.
