Emma advises on a wide range of private client matters including Wills, Estate and Tax Planning, Trusts (onshore and offshore), Probate & Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Charity law. Emma is experienced in acting for UK and international high net worth clients, including entrepreneurs. In particular, she provides tailored estate and tax planning advice and advises on the administration of complex, high-value estates and trusts, often involving foreign assets.
Emma is a Full Member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals.
