In association with IR Global, Partner James Simpson recently participated in a global discussion on troubleshooting the EU’s new data protection legislation.
The group discussed how GDPR will affect the way organisations process data and the growing need for Data Protection Officers since the introduction of GDPR. They also provided valuable insight into the new obligations, challenges and their own experiences of GDPR so far.
