Alex is an Associate in the Corporate team.
He has experience advising both private and public companies on various aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory and has previously worked in the City, regionally and overseas as a corporate lawyer.
Alex also has experience in competition law matters and equity capital markets listings on AIM and the Main Market.
