He advises on all aspects of Private Client Work which includes Wills, probate, tax planning, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. Amandeep provides a friendly, professional approach and ensures that clients receive clear advice.
Amandeep advises clients who are making a Will for the first time in addition to assisting clients who regularly review their Wills due to changes in their circumstances. He has experience in drafting simple to complex Wills and providing up to date inheritance tax advice.
His experience in estate administration of ranges from dealing with small estates to high net value estates and any associated tax matters. Amandeep also deals with the preparation, registration and completion of lasting powers of attorney.
