Tajinder qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.
Tajinder specialises in Commercial Real Estate primarily dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, leasehold management, secured lending as well as asset sale and purchase agreements. Tajinder also has experience in drafting and negotiating option agreements, overage agreements as well as residential leasehold extensions.
Prior to joining Blaser Mills Law in 2022, Tajinder was an Associate at Browns Solicitors dealing with primarily Commercial Real Estate matters having gained 12 years of extensive Commercial Real Estate experience in-house at a local Planning Authority in Hampshire.
Tajinder has worked with high profile clients on complex transactions including purchases and sales of multi-million pound projects including purchase of property and assets for restaurant chains, student accommodation premises, hospital premises, cafés, retail units, as well as high street shops, industrial units and small enterprises.
